Excellent place, anything is nearby. Employees are tremendous friendly and well prepared and talk great English. You will find activities each night time and it´s a great way to meet persons. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily. Only problem was my bed for being a little bit squeaky but that’s very minor. Wonderful value for the price!

The Willows is located in a really central placement, it truly is clean and the beds are certainly comfortable! There is only one thing I’d propose going forward and that is to provide extra hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. In general, I was very pleased with this choice and will surely suggest it to anyone wanting to go to Whitby.

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff in the reception were available at all the time. The beds ended up comfortable and the people in the hotel were being usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was on and off, but they fix it. Extremely awesome hotel and terrific area. Undoubtedly advise The Willows!
